The current focus of my work is to explore the relationship between the ordinary and the extraordinary in the realm of human life and creativity through two distinct approaches. One of these is working with soft waste material, and the other is participatory strategies. Participatory strategies enable a specific approach to creation that intertwines with the natural behavior and existence of women in \u201cnon-visual, non-artistic\u201d life. This approach allows me to shift between my roles. The natural intersections between these areas occur through simple actions.<\/p>

I strive to bring the ordinary aspects of my life into the world of art so that they become extraordinary for others. Through this concept, ordinary life becomes extraordinary.<\/p>

My work explores the intersections between the artistic realm and everyday life from the perspective of an artist, mother, educator, and researcher. I focus on themes of collaboration, issues of authorship, open-ended practice, everyday life, and experimentation with waste materials in the physical materialization of the artwork.<\/p>

Two areas emerge in my work: engaging with the openness of the artwork, activating the viewer, and working with non-artistic materials. An important element in my work has become the non-ordinary work\u2014an immaterial \u201cproduct\u201d that arises from the relationship between the viewer, the physical work of visual art, and the artist.
